Developed a low-level quench detection system using LabVIEW FPGA and integrated it into the Superconducting Magnet testing facility. Currently working on magnet design and cable properties projects for BSSCO magnets. Created a novel metrology system that beat state-of-the-art sensitivity by a factor of 1000.

Conducting advanced failure analysis and characterization on additively manufactured steel for mechanical property analysis. Studying radiation effects in future fusion materials and evaluating irradiation impacts on mechanical properties of epoxies for superconducting magnets.

Applied image processing methods to refine electron microscope images to improve atomic-position determination and measure polarization in ferroelectric lattices.
